I have been so, so intermittent with training the last 5 months because my life went off the rails in May when I went back to work at the same time as a medical crisis blew up in my family, but even so I’m slowly improving. Some day I’ll get back to where I was, in the meantime at least I’m a lot better than when I started training again in February. #trapeze #dancetrapeze

I'm glad you're getting back to that. I think doing the physical things we love is good for our heads.

Agreed. Or the things we love, in general.

Yeah, the things we love in general. But when there's not various medical conditions interfering or making it damaging, doing physical things we love can be especially good for our heads. :)

Yeah. I've been training, just really intermittently. It's nice to see progress coming of it, even with the intermittence! And, yes, definitely, it's great for my head. I always feel better after training, even if I had to drag myself there in the first place.
