Not pictured because I wasn’t running video for that one: the extremely excited dance I did after the first rep because that was the first time I’ve EVER gotten back out of a meathook cleanly into a straddle instead of falling. Honestly never thought I’d get here! Apparently stubborn practice for an year and a half netted me more improvement in my shoulders than I dared hope for??
