(I haven't conditioned my armpits for hangs AT ALL, because I hate the look of most armpit stuff. Elbow hangs, I've got down! Armpits, nope. So I have some fun bruises, now. *snerk*)
Ahaha, so fwiw this was at the edge of my flexibility (not, like,
dangerously so; just... at my limit, not past it). Weirdly, the issue is in
my shoulder actually, not the hip! In the video you can see me struggling a
bit to get my arm back behind my head, and I really felt the stretch in my
side around and under the shoulderblade.
You can actually tip back and bring the hips up and it looks really cool
and super bendy/contortions, but my armpits were nnnnnot up for attempting
that last night. XD
