Pressure bruises! I get those when I climb sometimes. Not terribly painful, but distinctive.

In this case, they hurt like a motherfucker, but to be fair that’s really more the tendons being Very Angry at all the pressure of the hang being placed on them than the bruising itself.

I basically always have lots of fascinating bruises; I sadly bruise super easily due to my meds. wry

Tendon pain is the worst! I get that in my elbows from climbing sometimes. And it hurts a lot more than the bruises.
