:D I am very pleased. I'm going to have to try going higher at some point, so I can get more dramatic tails coming off my feet when I'm inverted!

Hee, I'm glad it looks impressive to other people, because I watch the video and I'm like "....this does not look NEARLY as hard as it has been to achieve this dang skill". *snerk*

(Silks are, frankly, my nemesis but I keep throwing myself at them because I do need to get better at vertical apparatuses if I want to do more rope stuff on trapeze!)

Awww. I mean, I feel like it's not that impressive-looking, but I'm glad others disagree!

I do really think it's a pretty pose, the tails hanging off are so dramatic.

What a gorgeous straddle! The foot locks look super solid and you've got a great line going there.

Foot locks, I can do! Figure-8, anyway. Egg beaters are ehhhh, well, it depends on the day. But yeah when I started going to the Intro classes, foot locks were what she really drilled the hell out of us on, on the grounds that foot locks are your safety and the best way to get a rest if you find yourself exhausting while you're up in the air.

Anyway, thanks. :D I have to say I was pretty pleased by the lines of my straddle when I looked at the video.
