:) . I'm pretty pleased, ngl! My shoulders/upper back have been an ongoing problem area for me with aerial but I AM seeing slow improvements, which is really encouraging. I have hope yet I might get my long arm inversion without doing beats into it! (It's funny, because most people run into core problems with inversions. Not I! Core strength and using it correctly has never, ever been my problem, which may be one of the single most useful things I walked away from competitive gymnastics honestly.)
