I am so incredibly excited and happy about this inversion, folks. I have had some very weird and screwy shoulder issues since I started aerial and because of them I honestly wasn’t sure if I was ever going to be able to get my flare up into an inversion while hanging in a dead hang. This and a few other things seem to suggest the PT I started a couple weeks ago is starting to address the problems and I am so, so happy. This gives me hope that maybe I won’t always be stuck. #aerialacrobatics #circusarts
