single or double point. It’s so dynamic! And, yeah, really quite tippy —
it’ll dump you on your ass if you’re not careful. :D
I mean, I’m nowhere near as strong in my upper body as I’d like (still
can’t actually do a pull-up) but I suspect that is true of nearly everyone
in aerial, and I do get by! :)
Interestingly, this particular move actually is produced more from the core
and legs, and the upper body is helping to push back against the spanset.
That is interesting. I can do things that require core. And even through ten years of rock climbing and boxing, my upper body is still not as strong as I'd like it to be.
