My new baby! It’s a little short (the fabric’s only 7 yards), but it doesn’t need to be long! The rig I have coming is only a 10’ rig and there will be no big drops on it anyway, as a 1.5:1 safety factor is NOT good enough, ha.

Honestly I'd strongly rather 5:1 for drops, which can generate downward forces five times the weight of the aerialist. The breaking load on the rig I've got coming is 1460lb. (And I weigh 185lb. -- so, 960lb. is what you can expect me to generate in force on a free-fall drop.) So -- it's fine for non-drop tricks, and will be much safer than trying to rig off the beams in our garage (they're just 2x4s, soooo yeah). But yeah, not doing drops. >_>
