Appending ?style=mine to the end of any DW journal page will, if you are logged in, cause the site to render that page into your journal style, rather than the original poster’s. Alternatively, ?style=light will render it into a very bare bones almost totally unstyled format, and will work regardless of whether you are logged in or not. ?style=site is contextual, and will render the page into your chosen site scheme if you are logged; if you are not logged in, it will render the page into the default site scheme, which is Tropospherical Red (which is described in the Display options thusly: Light grey background for less glare; sans-serif font 75% of the browser default; horizontal, drop-down expanding dynamic menus (requires fine mouse control)).

ETA: Sorry for the abruptness, I was replying via email from work; I wanted to make sure that you had options as soon as possible! I've fixed the links (I don't know why markdown isn't converting them), and added a third option for changing the render of journal pages as well.
